Estee Lauder Companies corporate headquarters is
located at 767 5th Avenue in the prestigious GE building
which also houses the famous New York City Apple

the Company since it was founded by Mrs. Estée Lauder
in 1946. To upgrade and manage the heating, ventilating
and air conditioning (HVAC) system at its corporate
headquarters and several corporate offices spread
throughout the New York City, Estée Lauder chose ABM
Systems Inc., Alerton’s New York Metropolitan Area
Authorized Dealer.
ABM Systems Inc. upgraded the existing electric
controls on the air conditioning units and temperature
control systems at various offices including the
headquarters with Alerton BACnet DDC controls. The
systems are now centrally monitored and controlled by
an Alerton Building Management System (BMS). The
BMS system is remotely accessible using state-of-the
art technology at a single location for off-site
diagnostics to ensure efficient management of the
system which helps to reduce system downtime. |
