345 Park Avenue – New Headquarters of the National Football League |
Founded in 1920 as the American Professional Football Association, the league has been known as the NFL since 1922. The organization’s new headquarters to be located at 345 Park Avenue is a massive 175,000 square feet in a 45 story tower owned by the Rudin family which owns about 10 million square feet of office space in New York City. NFL as an organization oversees America's most popular spectator sport, acting as a trade association for 32 franchise owners. To manage its Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system, National Football League chose ABM Systems Inc., Alerton’s New York Metropolitan Area Authorized Dealer.
ABM Systems Inc. will install an Alerton Building Suite system that will give NFL control of their own HVAC systems as well as critical AC units monitoring through a single location. The BMS system will be remotely accessible via Internet using state-of-the art secured technology for off-site diagnostics, monitoring and control which helps to ensure efficient systems management while reducing downtime.

The supplemental air conditioning units and Computer room units for NFL: Alerton Building Suite will provide quick, comprehensive views and will help NHL check the system status in a glance and provide corrective response without delay.
