Job Description

• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints and specifications to execute the project.

• Detailed Engineering Design, Building Management System (BMS)/ Alerton. Control Systems (ATC) submittal preparation and review.

• Field commissioning of installed systems.

• Logic Development and Database Generation and integration of ATC with different kinds of protocols such as MODBUS, BACNET/IP, etc.

• Report to management with respect to job preparation, equipment ordering, and specification compliance and submittal preparation.

• Project Closeout Documentation, Technical support and Client Training.

• Emergency Response to HVAC control system breakdown.

• Track and organize job activities on the basis of efficient project management techniques and to allow for efficient communication to other interested internal and external parties.

• Testing and Commissioning (BMS/BAS).

• Design (AutoCad), Project Management (BMS/BAS), Service Maintenance (BMS/BAS).

• Knowledge of AutoCad and Microsoft Office required.
