Museum of Moving Image

Museum of the Moving Image – the only
museum in the United States dedicated to
exploring the art, history, and technology of the
moving image.
Museum of the Moving Image (MOMI) advances the public understanding and appreciation of the art, history, technique, and technology of film, television, and digital media. Each year the Museum screens more than 400 films in a stimulating mix of the classic and the contemporary. On January 15 2011, the transformed Museum opened its doors to the public, featuring a stunning, modern, and versatile building designed by architect Thomas Leeser. To manage its heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) system, MOMI chose ABM Systems Inc., Alerton’s New York Metropolitan Area Authorized Dealer.
ABM Systems Inc. installed an Alerton Envision for BACtalk system that allows the museum to monitor and control their HVAC system through a single location. The BAS system uses state-of-the art technology to ensure efficient management of the system and reduces system downtime as well
